Helpful product

This is perfect for my aging mother whose house has the washer on one end of the garage and the dryer on the opposite end!\nHowever, when taking the product out of the box to assemble it, the chrome was already peeling off of the basket in several places. Everything else seemed fine, and assembly was easy.

Great Household Tool!

I am the Domestic Engineer for two grown men, a 6 1/2 year old and myself - I need all the assistance I can get! This laundry cart has helped me 100% on my laundry day. So happy I found it. Just wish there was a lock on the wheels.

Great laundry cart

Easy to put together and rolls easily. I really like it...

Great laundry cart!

This fits perfectly in our laundry chute and is plenty sturdy enough to roll around our laundry room. Be sure to lay out all the screws first since there are 5 different lengths. We removed the screw from the mid pole in order to let it swing out of the way when laundry comes down the chute.

Great!

I purchased for my sister who has severe arthritis and it is working perfectly. She can use this for laundry or groceries or sewing or any of her hobbies. It was simple to assemble. It is sturdy and quiet when rolling, even with heavy, wet laundry.\nI agree with the reviewer that the shelf on bottom should be big enough for a regular laundry basket but it doesn't hamper this basket's functionality at all.\nGreat little product!

Great Find!

I have been looking for a laundry cart like those that are used at laundromats. I have to take my laundry from the utility room to the next room. A regular laundry basket is cumbersome in tight quarters, I've needed something like this for awhile. I have searched many web sites for carts like this at twice the price. I was a little concerned about the quality of the cart because of the price. I didn't need to worry, the quality is excellent. I love my new cart!

Not a commercial grade product as advertised.

After putting this unit together, I quickly discovered that it was in no way "commercial grade" as it was advertised. Not heavy duty at all.

Chrome laundry cart

Great product...however, one of the pre-drilled holes was drilled sideways, making it impossible to properly assemble the bottom part. I had to settle for a screw sticking out half way on one side. Other than that, I love this product.

What was I waiting for?

I love my laundry cart should have gotten one years ago. I have MS and it has made life a little easier for me. It does seem a little wobbly but when clothes are in it, it is just fine. I would recommend it to anyone.

Handy laundry cart

I just bought this cart and love it. It's like a laundry mat cart and made very well. I can get my laundry folded and hung on the cart and then just wheel it around the house putting things away.\nIt was easy to assemble, took maybe 15 minutes.\nIt is all chrome and has very nice smooth rolling wheels. I think it will last a good long time.

Huge basket, great for our large family!

This is a great value, and it seems sturdy. It was easy to put together by sorting the pieces ahead of time and following the pictures. The pole does indeed wobble slightly, but it is attached tightly and works well. Beware of toddlers trying to climb in, as it could tip over. I like the heavy duty casters. I used some tubing which I slit along one side and attached it around the top edge of the basket, securing with zip ties, in order to make a bumper of sorts so the metal edges won't scrape walls or washing machines. More than a regular laundry basket fits inside this basket!

Great help in the laundry room

This laundry cart was very easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and the wheels roll in any direction. Great for hanging clothes directly from the dryer.

Absolutely better than expected!!

I ordered this cart thinking it would be a lightweight rolling cart, nothing special. I was very mistaken--happily! It is heavy-duty, solidly built and will be multifunctional. It will be great for laundry but will also help in other parts of the house--cleaning out the fridge, house cleaning, many areas. I am very pleased!

Everything I was looking for in a laundry cart.

I love my new laundry cart. It is Chrome (really, no plastic!) and very sturdy. On wash day, I just wheel it room to room to collect dirty laundry and empty hangers, and then it's right to the laundry room. No more carrying baskets and bending to load the washer or unload the dryer, which means no more clean clothes landing on the floor. Then I wheel the cart to the couch, fold and hang in minutes, and wheel it room to toom to put things away. The swivel wheels are very fluid, and the cart takes up no more floor space than my laundry basket did. I put a small basket on the bottom shelf filled with a stain treater so I can treat stains as I'm collecting laundry, and small mesh drawstring bags that I use to keep everyone's socks and delicates seperated. What a time and back saver! I wish I would have bought this years ago, when the kids were little.

Problems with laundry basket

1. Much to small, could be deeper (about 6") and wider (about 8").\n2. The edges were ragedy, which caused silk and nylon clothing to actually snag on them! That was so disappointing... I went and took tape and had to cover all the edges. Why wouldn't they have rounded edges or smooth filed edges?

Not good enough

It's not wroth the $65 bucks. Here's why: When you look at this item on-line you will see two versions of it. The one I received has a flimsy clothes rack. It's kinda like an upside down "L". The other version of the item picture shows supports on two sides, like an upside down"U". This would have been much sturdier. I took a chance that I'd get the sturdy one ordering it site to store and I did not. I brought it home, put it together and I've used it for 3-4 wash cycles but it just not cool with that long wobbly pole sticking up and the cross bar seems like it's going to poke you in the eye when you're pushing it. The basket and wheels are OK. I'm going to take mine back for a refund. I looked back on the site for the picture of the sturdy one but I think they removed it which means you can't get it.

compact helper

This product was very easy to assemble. The wheels are fantastic, very sturdy and roll well. The basket is the perfect height for my dryer, and the bar holds clothes hung out to dry or after being ironed.

Perfect for our new solar dryer!

Okay so it is just a clothesline and I know umpteen generations before us managed without gizmos, but in this busy world, every convenience helps conserve my most precious resource=my time. This is a solid piece of equipment, easy to assemble, works great and i just love it. Walmarts price beat all others hands down, most places wanted $100+ for half the cart. I am pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

Useful and Inexpensive

Assembly was not difficult and the instructions were adequate. Sorting the screws by size eliminates the need for measuring them. Referring to the quantities on the instruction sheet eliminates any confusion. The fasteners in the package were exactly the needed amount so care must be taken to avoid losing a fastener. A wrench is included but a screwdriver must be provided by the purchaser. Begin by securing the wheel assemblies to the cart's legs with the wrench. I found it useful to tighten the other fasteners only finger tight when during assembly. This allows minor adjustments to be made to more easily accommodate subsequent steps. When all of the parts have been assembled, go back and fully tighten all of the fasteners.\n\nThe cart is easy to guide when filled with laundry. When empty, it tends to wander.\n\nThe cart is smaller and a bit less sturdy than those found in commercial laundromats but is more than adequate for home use. I had previously used a tall plastic laundry basket with small wheels on the bottom. The cart is a much better solution for me. I researched laundry carts at many web sites and found the Wal-Mart product to be the best value. This item was delivered promptly and in good condition to my local Wal-Mart using the free Site-to-Store option.

SOOOOOO Convenient!

This is a really neat item. It glides over floors easily but a bit bumpy over transitions from hardwood to carpet. I wish the bottom shelf was a little higher (which they could have accomplished by raising the basket) so you could store an additional small laundry basket under there, but it's really handy! I wish I'd found this a long time ago. It's really as advertised!
