Does the handle adjust?

I am only 5 feet tall and would probably need an adjustable handle... is the handle adjustable?

Answer : My wife's 5'3" and doesn't have any problems with it. Not sure if you can adjust because we didn't need to.

Answer : I am 5 foot 5 and I did not need to adjust the handle. I don't believe its adjustable.

Answer : The stroller handle does not adjust.

Answer : Yes, mine moved to a lower level and I am 5'3" and its comfortable for my height

Answer : The handle is in a fixed position that is not adjustable. My wife is 5' 3", and she loves it.

Answer : I assume you are referring to the stroller handle. If so, the handle does not adjust. I am 5'7" and I find the stroller handle in a good position while being comfortable for my 6' husband, so it may not be right for your needs.I highly recommend trying it out at a local store to check the proportions, other baby stores (Toys r us, Burlington baby depot, Target) carry Baby Trend joggers; just not in this colorway or at this price. Hope this helps and congrats on your little one!

Answer : Hello, I haven't tried to adjust the handle nor do I know if it's adjustable, but I'm an inche taller than you and I have no issues with the current setting. Hope this helps.

Answer : Thanks for your question, Stef! The Expedition Travel System in Electric Lime does not have an adjustable handle. The ELX jogger travel system does have this option.

Can the infant carseat also be used as a carrier?

Answer : Yes you can remove it from the base and use as a carrier or you can also lock it into the stroller. When you remove it from the base the bottom is rounded so if you place is on the floor you can rock it gently with your hand.

Answer : The handle on the car seat has a comfy grip triangle to make carrying the car seat easier- so yes you can carry your baby around in it. Just be warned it can get a little heavy after extended periods, but then you would have no need to go to the gym to tone your arms! :)

Answer : Yes!

Answer : Yes it can. It detaches from the base and can be used as a carrier. It can also click into the stroller for easy in and out transport from the car to the stroller.

Answer : Thanks for your question, Suly! The car seat can only be used to transport the child in the vehicle or on the jogger stroller for the travel system.

Answer : Yes, the car seat has a handle making it able to be used as a carrier as well.

Does this travel system (551950502) include the car seat base?

Answer : Yes it does include the base.

Answer : Yes it does. Jogger, Car Seat, and Car Seat Base are all included.

Answer : yesss this travel system includes the car seat as well.

Answer : The travel system includes the infant car seat, the jogging stroller and one car seat base. Additional bases are available for purchase, Walmart No.: 260002338.

Answer : Yes it does included a base if you buy the Travel system.

Answer : This is a full car seat.

NO MP3 LikeOtherSaid ButGREAT STROLLER SET BOUGHT2

Baby trend travel systems is great i bought one for my son 5yrs ago and i bought one again when we had my next son. They are easy to push/roll and maneuver plus the front wheel can lock for jogging or unlock it when just walking, they are sturdy but not as heavy compared to other similar strollers , the rear wheels can come off with a single quick release button to make fit more compact. I also like the fact the car seat fits on most shopping baskets unlike the issues i found out with chicco car seats and the triangle car seat handle makes it a little easier to carry too.\n\nTO REPLY TO MP3 aux plug another person said it came with this specific model does not come with an mp3 plug, this model is the "Expedition" Not the "Expedition ELX" which does come with it and the Expedition ELX is sold only at Babies R US and cost a little more but is pretty much the same except for mp3 plug and adjustable handle hope this helps.

observations on the Baby Trend jogger

my experience/observations of the Baby trend expedition jogging stroller travel system in electric lime\nPros:\n-lockable front wheel, lock for jogging & unlock for awesome maneuverability in stores.\n-peekaboo window that can be held in place if needed-other strollers I looked at had the window but no way to keep it up with out holding it, I like to be able to check on my baby with just a glance.\n-amazing shade coverage. With the stroller sunshade and car seat canopy baby can be completely concealed and blocked from the sun/rain. An added bonus is the sunshade can be flipped toward the front if you are walking into the sun.\n-comfortable handle grip on both the stroller and car seat. <3 the triangle handle, it makes carrying the seat SO much easier as you have more than one position to carry it in.\n- construction seems sturdy, not to overly plastic feeling and seemingly durable fabric (haven't had any serious messes-yet)\n-nice gender neutral colorway. The electric lime color is reminiscent of a green highlighter, but not overly bright; Just enough to stand out in the sea of baby strollers!\n- the styling is nice, doesn't scream baby gear! I'm not one for all the Winnie the Pooh, Mickey/Minnie mouse or the likes of themed baby items.\n-easy to fold/open. It practically folds itself down when the folding tabs are pulled, just pull it apart and it pops back open.\n- additional car seat bases are available for purchase, so the car seat can easily go in either my car, hubby's or grandma's cars without having to fuss with only having one car base.\nCons:\n-My stroller sunshade makes a horrible noise when being folded out, it wakes/startles the baby with a ratcheting toy machine gun like noise! I am hoping to find a way to fix this; perhaps it will get quieter with further use or lubrication? The display model did not have this issue, and may have been my "luck".\n- Sometimes the car seat gets stuck on one side of the stroller and is difficult to unlatch. When it happens I have to re-latch the other side pull the red release lever (on the car seat) and be very careful to bring both sides up at the same time.\n- My car seat did NOT come with the manual!!!- Something I find annoying since they even attach a special tag to the car seat detailing where the manual should be (on the backside of the seat)... I have yet to contact Baby Trend and see about if I can have on sent to me, so I cannot say how helpful they might be on this situation.\nNot a super annoyance but kind of a bummer:\n- This model does not come with a handheld tire pump like some previous models. I think it would be handy have a pump includes for when traveling. I may just buy a small basketball pump for this purpose.\n-The stroller is a tight squeeze in some cars- it barely fits in my '08 Malibu, but fits fine in my hubby's '12 Cruze. The fit issue seems to be greatly affected by the trunk opening- the Cruze has a larger opening therefore is easier than my car which the stroller can only go in one way. The rear wheels can come of if needed, just press a button by the wheel to remove and push back in place to reassemble.\n- This model does not have the speakers-not a concern of mine just thought I'd mention it since it is detailed as having them in some other reviews.\nOverall I like this stroller, and it seems worth the investment. I only wish it did not make such noise when moving the sunshade. The issue with fitting into the trunk is a bit disappointing, but something that could possibly be resolved if the store lets you take the display outside and check the trunk spacing--- I was not permitted to do such.\nHope this helps!

Must have travel system

We love this travel system stroller. It turns easily and is able to handle rougher terrain and not get stuck, like cracked sidewalks, grass, and even gravel. The MP3 hookup with speakers is also a great added feature, we can hook up our phones and play music through our phones! It is easy to collapse and is lightweight. A must have for your new bundle of joy!

A Must Have!

My husband and I shopped around for weeks looking for the perfect travel system. We love this one! Super easy to get in and out of the car. Wheels on the stroller are awesome, we are a very active family and this is perfect for going on dirt tails. The speakers come in handy too when you want to jam out with your little one. Plus, since the wheels are rubber not plastic it gives us extra comfort on those rainy days and you need to maneuver on the sidewalk.

Great jogger system!

Love the lime green color.very easy to put together and car seat is great was nice for my newborn and stroller pushes smooth very happy :)

Love it. It is a great product

I love this stroller and carseat they are both very versatile. The stroller is easy to maneuver, open and close, as well as traveling with it. The carseat is also very nice it isn't as bulky as some of the other carseats out there. We live out in the country so the stroller handles very well and never gets stuck. I would recommend this product to anyone.

hate the car seat love the stroller

I hate this car seat. It is the most aggravating car seat ever. It takes for ever to snap. It's a pain in the butt. And one strap is always more loose than the other no matter how hard I try to fix it. This can't be safe. The car seat is very small compared to others. I like the stroller but the wheels do shake really bad sometimes.

Easy to Navigate But Has It's Issues

This travel system is easy to navigate but a bit shaky (side to side). The car seat also seems really small in comparison to some other car seats that can comfortably extend with your child. The basket is also fairly limited in size so that is something else to consider. I think that if you are planning on light trips this travel system works but keep in mind the additional expenses you might have to get in the future (ex. a bigger car seat when your baby is only 7 months old).

A little Large for a small car.

If you have a small car. This is not for you.\nIt took a bit of work and had to remove the rear wheels and unlock the front wheel but we got it in there.\nIt is a nice stroller and is easy to assemble. The car seat is easy to install and remove both in the stroller and in the car.\nNice overall but I would consider the size of it if your going to get this for yourself or for a gift.

Excellent Travel System

I brought my baby home from the hospital in this and she looked very comfortable in it. Also at bight when she won't fall asleep in bed I put her on the car seat and she will fall asleep right away. The stroller is light even when the car seat is on it and the front wheel makes it very easy to manipulate.

Great Travel System

We love our travel system. The tires make it easy to get around on all types of surfaces (gravel, grass, sidewalk, etc.). Easy to adjust base into car, and easy release when ready to remove. MP3 player hookup is a plus, works great with iphone! Our handle bar adjusts for short/average individuals to tall individuals to make it comfortable for almost anyone to push.

Decent for the price

I have tried both this system (Baby Trend Expedition) and the Graco Jogger system. Overall, both are very similar. Both the systems are well made, sturdy and relatively easy to maneuver. I haven't really used them while jogging, but my primary use was to easily get over the sidewalks (which is a huge plus given the big size of the strollers) during my long evening strolls and give enough cushion to the baby - something the regular strollers failed to do. Do keep in mind that there are two drawbacks with these kind of strollers. They are heavy and they do take up a lot of space in the trunk. If you have a small sedan, you might want to make sure that it fits.\n\nI ended up selecting the Graco because I had many friends who had used it and it lasted reasonably long for them. Not to say that this one won't last, but I just didn't have anyone in my circle who had it - so, it was more of a personal preference.

All-around Amazing Stroller

It doesn't matter if your going through the mall, a jog around the block, or hitting the trail moving from grain to grass, this stroller will not let you down. It moves smoothly and with ease wherever you are!

Great stroller!

Moves great and my baby seems comfortable. =) The only down fall would be if you had a small trunk. It takes up a lot of space. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a smooth ride for their little one.

Love it!

A zero turn stroller. Good on all terrain!

Great duo!

My baby came home from the hospital in this car seat and the stroller is great! I have used it for many jogs with the baby and he seems very comfortable in it. He can use this stroller for a long time. It is smooth and it navigates well. I like the cupholders too! It is definitely great value at a good price!

Love this product

Bought this product before my baby was born. Did online shop and found that walmart has the cheapest price on the jogger. Id been using this product for 6 mos with no issue

Love this travel system!

We have the girl version of this travel system and I absolutely love it! The triangle bar on the top of the infant carrier makes for easy carrying. The stroller is easy to set up and put away and is very large yet compacts small enough to put in the trunk of my car. The wheels are large enough that they don't get stuck in tough terrain and come off easily when I do need to put the stroller in my trunk. GREAT BUY! Love it!

This is the best stroller/car seat I've ever used!

My son and I go to the park all the time and it is perfect for a walk/jog! It is such a smooth ride for him. The car seat is very snug around him and it is easy to buckle it in the car. It is also very light weight and easy to carry. I don't know what I would do with out this stroller/car seat. I use it almost every day. It is a must have! The color is just a plus too! I love the electric lime!

I brought my little one home in this :)

My little man was born Apirl 7th,2014 and he is so comfortable in it!!! We absolutely love it :)

Moves great and my baby seems comfortable. =) The only down fall would be if you had a small trunk. It takes up a lot of space. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a smooth ride for their little one.

All-around Amazing Stroller

It doesn't matter if your going through the mall, a jog around the block, or hitting the trail moving from grain to grass, this stroller will not let you down. It moves smoothly and with ease wherever you are!

GREAT BUY! Love it!

Love this product

Bought this product before my baby was born. Did online shop and found that walmart has the cheapest price on the jogger. Id been using this product for 6 mos with no issue

Great duo!

My baby came home from the hospital in this car seat and the stroller is great! I have used it for many jogs with the baby and he seems very comfortable in it. He can use this stroller for a long time. It is smooth and it navigates well. I like the cupholders too! It is definitely great value at a good price!

Easy to Navigate But Has It's Issues

This travel system is easy to navigate but a bit shaky (side to side). The car seat also seems really small in comparison to some other car seats that can comfortably extend with your child. The basket is also fairly limited in size so that is something else to consider. I think that if you are planning on light trips this travel system works but keep in mind the additional expenses you might have to get in the future (ex. a bigger car seat when your baby is only 7 months old).

hate the car seat love the stroller

I hate this car seat. It is the most aggravating car seat ever. It takes for ever to snap. It's a pain in the butt. And one strap is always more loose than the other no matter how hard I try to fix it. This can't be safe. The car seat is very small compared to others. I like the stroller but the wheels do shake really bad sometimes.
