Doed the produt come with stairs to get in

Answer : No

Answer : No stairs are included. Have to climb up the edge or supply your own stepladder.

Answer : It does not come with stairs or a ladder.

Answer : No

Answer : This trampoline dose not come with stairs.

Is there a tool included to put up and take down the trampoline for the winter season

Answer : All of the tools are included but I highly recommend getting a 9/32" nut driver and a regular phillip screwdriver (which you have anyway). The included spring tool is essential for installing (and in your case, removing) all 96 springs. Then you remove the 12 bolts holding the frame ring to the legs and that shoudl be it. I don't plan on taking the "W's" apart. Those are the six pieces that form the legs.

Answer : Yes, there is a T handle with a hook at the other end to pull the springs. To take down for the winter, all you have to do is: 1. Disconnect the enclosure from the top of the six enclosure poles. 2. Disconnect about 12-18 straps that keep the padding from lifting up on the outside. 3. Disconnect all 96 springs from the outer ring and jumping surface. The enclosure net, jumping mat, and pad will all be connected in big mess that you can roll/fold up.

Answer : All tools needed will come with your trampoline in the kit. To take the trampoline apart for storage just reverse the directions you used to put it up. Any questions you may have once you buy your trampoline can be answered in the manual or by calling the manufacturer at 1(800) 248-5327

Does this come with rollers to move it easier around the yard?

Answer : No

Answer : No, but that probably isn't a great idea unless the rollers were very strong and you can lock them down or chock them. Three men can move it around a small area without any problem.

Answer : No rollers, but two adults can lift and move it easily...one adult can drag it with a little effort.

Horrible Instructions.

Didn't understand the pictured instructions. Didn't indicate which screws to use with each step. Missing screws for the enclosure. One of the bar's pre drill hole was not lined up correctly had to drill a new hole. Must say took longer then expected. After completed the kids had a ball and played for hours.

It's May and we still don't have the missing parts

Bought this as a Christmas present. Didn't try to set it up until April when the weather was good. Opened the 2 boxes and found they shipped only about half of the items needed to set it up. A lot of duplicate items. 2 pads for the springs but no mat to jump on. Worked with Airzone customer service and they were sure quick to pick up the extra parts. They said they shipped the order for missing parts and we would receive them in 7 business days. 7 days came and went. I called them again and now I'm told the parts are on back order. Estimated time? Who really knows; it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I was first told the parts would be here in 7 days.\n\nOnce we do get the parts I'll likely have to go to the hardware store and purchase larger bolts/screws since the ones they've sent so far are not big enough. Just poor quality and poor customer service. When inventorying the parts they just list "hardware set" with short & long bolts. It would sure be nice if they told you how long the bolt is. Also they sent carriage bolts with a square just under the head of the bolt. This makes it easy to tighten the bolt without it spinning. The problem is that none of the places to install the bolts have that square hole to fit into.\n\nHonestly it looks like they sent us parts from two entirely different trampolines. I can tell that once I do receive the missing parts that it will be a real pain to setup. If it says Airzone do yourself a favor and pass it by!

Missing pieces when first got it. Put together and bolts broke, bend rails, zipper was broke after 2 days of being up, made nothing like our past trampoline. Thought the enclosure would cover the springs but it doesn't, it goes over the whole frame. Which is nothing like our last trampoline.

Summer Fun for the whole family

We bought this trampoline for the kids to have an energy outlet- that was healthy and fun. We were not disappointed. So much better than having the kids sit in the house watching tv all summer. It is very sturdy. It was not too difficult to assemble. all of the parts are easy to figure out if you check inventory and follow the pictures to put it together. It looks nice. We would definately recommend this trampoline if you are looking for a healthy, fun toy for the kids.

Great Trampoline for the Price

Sturdy, no difference between other much more expensive trampolines, highly recommended.

Excellent Trampoline

Bought for my 9 year old son. Easy to setup. The manual was straightforward .. no idea what others were talking about. The pad cover is nicer than my last trampoline. I had different 14' Trampoline and the spring pad cover was thin I returned it. So far no problems with this trampoline at all.

Seriously ticked off

I just opened up the boxes, laid out all the parts only to find i'm missing several of the nuts, bolts and screws to assemble it. Also, some of the cap covers are broken and cracked.\nI am disappointed beyond words right now. My daughters birthday is this weekend and now we will not have it assembled in time for her party. I really cannot explain how angry I am about all this. I should have listen to the other reviews and not bought this product.\nAnd the instructions are the dumbest thing I've ever seen. How hard is it the explain what screws and bolts you are to use in each section!?! How bout list the size of each one?! I don't even look forward to assembling this thing and playing a guessing game to determine what part holds what together.

When we opened the boxes, more than half of the necessary hardware was missing. The company was great about sending us out the missing hardware timely, but when we received the box, they had left out parts. So after waiting another week to get the parts shipped out again, we sat down to build the trampoline. Unfortunately we discovered they sent the wrong parts - wrong springs and wrong screws. We gave up and returned the item - ridiculous.

NOT WHAT IS ON THE PICTURE, BROKEN PARTS

I ordered this trampoline for my kids based on walmart's website picture. This is not what arrived. If you look carefully, the net on this trampoline in the picture is on the outside of the blue protective mat - so you get the full use of the inner area. The trampoline which was sent to me has the net attached to the INSIDE of the blue mat, thereby eliminating a foot from the diameter. Very disappointing since I searched long and hard for this specific feature (net on the outside).\n\nSecondly, Bravo's trampoline had three broken d rings (where the springs attach) and a few missing parts. I called customer service and they are sending out a replacement MAT (the entire jump surface) and the other missing pieces with no problem, HOWEVER it will require me to almost COMPLETELY REASSEMBLE the trampoline - and I also now have to disassemble this one to replace the mat.\n\nSo instead of 3 hours work for two people, it will now be 3 hours to set it up, PLUS 2 hours to break it all apart (carefully so that we don't lose any parts along the way), PLUS another 2 hours to replace the mat, reattach the poles, and reattach the net (which requires a sewing motion of every loop and every spring all the way around.)\n\nSo for the money it's a bargain, if you don't mind waiting for replacement parts. But now that we just tripled the time spent for an item that doesn't even match the picture, I am totally disappointed. And as you can imagine, it's kind of an impossible item to return to the store!\n\nOne more thing... it leans. I sent this picture to Bravo with no reply. I have even turned my trampoline around and I cannot figure out why it is not straight on this one set of legs (even on different level ground.)\n\nSuper frustrating. Walmart should just charge full price, and send someone out to set it up, thereby assuring it meets basic standards or that the product matches the image shown on the order page. I would gladly have paid more for that service than to be stuck dealing with this nonsense.

Great trampoline, instructions not so much.

Important: when properly installed, the net connects right to the edge of the bouncing surface, protecting kids from the springs. Another review said it went around the whole frame. Either that reviewer put it together wrong, or he/she is reviewing the wrong trampoline. The pad, bounce mat, and enclosure net all get 'stitched' together using a long rope to eliminate any gap where a kid could fall through the springs.\n\nI am disappointed with the small bolts that hold the legs together, I may replace them with thicker bolts before long. The bolts that hold the enclosure poles to the legs are much larger and stronger. These larger bolts also hold one side of each U shaped leg to the 'ring'.\n\nThe legs, ring, and jumping surface go together very quickly (took me way under an hour). The enclosure net and padding took much longer. There is a tedious, but very necessary process of weaving a long rope through a bunch of loops to connect the enclosure properly. After the first few loops, I cut the plastic tubing off of the end and duct taped a 4 inch piece of wire I cut from a wire coat hanger to the end of the rope (like an over-sized sewing needle). That made the rest of the enclosure go together more quickly, but it still took a couple of hours of bending and squatting, since this stitching happens under the trampoline.\n\nMy instructions had were missing some pages, and unfortunately the pages were the ones showing how to install the net and mat. Lucky for me there was a safety warning on another page showing a closeup of the pad/net/mat coming together.\n\nWe've had it up for a few days now, and it feels very solid when I bounce on it...though the kids don't let me have much time on it. I'm really happy with this trampoline, and I'll report back later if there are any problems that pop up over time.

Nice, sturdy, and affordable trampoline for boys, ages 11 and 15. My only complaint is that the net will not stay up and the ties break easily! I'm not able to keep putting the nets back up myself so it is frustrating. When assembling the safety net, take that into consideration and double enforce the top of the net ( when connecting to pole) with extra ties that will not slide on the poles.

healthy family entertainment

This is a good value at a great price. We looked at a lot of these trampolines online at Walmart and at other stores. This trampoline was the winner. After putting the whole thing together, 2 adults, plan to spend a few hours. The enclosure is very durable, the spring trampoline is the way to go. The size is perfect to get a great bounce. It has created hours of bouncy fun and entertainment for 3 hyper kids. We have had this for over 6 months and still going strong. We love it. Definately would buy another one.

I was a little hesitant to purchase after reading some of the reviews but decided to take a shot and am glad i did. Alot of people complained about missing parts and as soon as i opened the box and started putting it together i thought i was just like them and was going to have to run to the store for bolts. That ended up not being the case. If u pay attention and think, this thing goes together super easy. The directions are a little vague and hard to follow but if u r patient and think ,it all goes together . Its true that the directions dont tell u what size bolts to use but a little common sense helps! It took me about 3 hours with another persons help. This is a great value and product and dont be discouraged by the other reviews like i almost was.

Great Deal

I Bought this trampoline and it only cost $239.00 ( well worth it ) and $19.99 (FedEx) to ship to home. Arrived within 5 days of ordering.Online shopping is the way to go.It is the 15ft and is cheaper than alot of the 12ft trampolines. It is the trampoline and the enclosure. Awesome Deal. My kids will love this for Christmas.

Very good value for the price. Durable. The kids used it all summer and it still looks good and sturdy.

Great product for the Price!

We've had this trampoline since late April 2011 and it has more than paid for itself - it has been used a lot. Such a great way for kids to get wonderful exercise but they don't think of it that way of course, they're just having fun! During the warmer months my daughter was on it almost everyday, a little cold now so maybe a few tiems a month on warmer afternoons.\n\nWe were missing one screw for the enclosure bars (it has 3 others in it); I was supposed to take one of the others to a hardware store to find a match, never did and even with that we haven't had one problem with anything

I really like this new trampoline. This trampoline is very sturdy and many kids can jump on it at the same time. The only thing I did not like is putting it together because the instructions were hard to understand, but overall $278.00 was well worth it.

good value

our 2 kids love this bigger trampoline so much more than the smaller one we had a few years ago. It's easier to get into as well, our last one just had a slit to squeeze thru. Definitely decent value for how much larger it is.

Frustrated!!!! Just picked it up today, set all the parts on the lawn and realized we only have half of the parts. The walmart employee said i guess you will have to return it. It was a lot of fun trying to put it all back into the boxes, not to mention how heavy each of the boxes are! What a pain!!!!

Lasted 9 Months Before Falling Apart

We had only Nine Months of bouncing fun before the sun rotted the webbing that holds the jumping mat to the frame making it worthless. My son is 60 pounds and he is the only one that has used it except a friend jumped with him a couple times. I bought the Airzone 15' Trampoline and Safety Enclosure Combo for $199. It was advertised as "...weather-resistant frame cover and jumping mat are UV safe for years of use...". I contacted Bravo Sports November 26th sending them pictures of the torn webbing. I requested a one-time goodwill replacement since it fell shorts of lasting for "years" as advertised. As of January 16th, I hadn't gotten anywhere from Agent 205 except her insistence that the warranty expired at six months and I would have to pay $109.99 plus shipping for replacement. Today Agent 227 said it could be replaced for $89.99 ($20 off). I'm so disappointed that this trampoline only lasted 9 months.

Frustrated!!!! Just picked it up today, set all the parts on the lawn and realized we only have half of the parts. The walmart employee said i guess you will have to return it. It was a lot of fun trying to put it all back into the boxes, not to mention how heavy each of the boxes are! What a pain!!!!

good value

our 2 kids love this bigger trampoline so much more than the smaller one we had a few years ago. It's easier to get into as well, our last one just had a slit to squeeze thru. Definitely decent value for how much larger it is.

I really like this new trampoline. This trampoline is very sturdy and many kids can jump on it at the same time. The only thing I did not like is putting it together because the instructions were hard to understand, but overall $278.00 was well worth it.

Great Trampoline for the Price

Sturdy, no difference between other much more expensive trampolines, highly recommended.

Missing pieces when first got it. Put together and bolts broke, bend rails, zipper was broke after 2 days of being up, made nothing like our past trampoline. Thought the enclosure would cover the springs but it doesn't, it goes over the whole frame. Which is nothing like our last trampoline.
